  • We manufacture, pack, and sell high-quality chili powder.
  • All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you and offer a refund or alternative.

  • We accept payments via RAZORPAY payment gateway.
  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above 2 kgs.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the package is opened.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • You agree not to misuse our website, tamper with product packaging, or resell our products without permission.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or legal action.
