Return and Refund Policy

No return/replacement will be accepted, unless the product is damaged, defective, expired or missing.

Under what conditions return/replacement is provided?

  1. Wrong product delivered
  2. Expired product delivered
  3. Damaged product delivered
  4. Incomplete order - missing products.


Under what conditions return/replacement requests will not be accepted?

  1. Opened/ used/ altered products.
  2. Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
  3. The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
  4. The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.     
  5. Need a video before opening the package to claim missing products.
