1. Free Shipping Offer
As a special launch offer, we are providing free shipping on all orders above 5 kgs within India. This offer is valid for a limited time and applies only to standard delivery.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. If you require international shipping, please WhatsApp us to place your international orders.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges (Effective from 25 March 2026)
- Orders up to 1 kg → ₹99
- Orders 1.1 kg to 2 kg → ₹160
- Orders 2.1 kg to 3 kg → ₹199
- Orders 3.1 kg to 5 kg → ₹249
- Orders above 5 kg → Free Delivery
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Within Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 3-5 business days
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas may take additional time.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
6. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
7. Issues with Shipping
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us.
- If the package is damaged upon delivery, kindly refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.
